About Client

Nelson is a small business owner who runs a landscaping and lawn maintenance company named "Premium Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance.” He realized he needed to establish an online presence to expand his business and reach new customers. He contacted Casas Media, LLC to design a website to showcase his work, allow customers to request estimates, and provide a way for potential employees to send in their information.

RESEARCH

To create a website for Premium Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance, we first had to understand the client's needs and preferences. We scheduled a consultation with Nelson to discuss his vision for the website, what he wanted to showcase, and what features he required. Nelson explained that he wanted the website to:

  • Reflect the quality of his work

  • Customer service

  • The website to be easy to navigate and use for his customers.

Design

Based on the consultation, we designed a website with a clean and modern layout to showcase the business's landscaping work. The website's main page features a slideshow of photos of the company's landscaping projects provided by the client. We also created gallery sections where potential customers could view more photos of the company's work.

To make it easy for customers to request an estimate, we created multiple buttons on the main page that directed users to estimate forms for both commercial and residential properties. The estimate forms collected essential information such as the customer's name, address, phone number, and details of the work needed. This information would be sent to Nelson via email, allowing him to follow up with the customer and provide a quote.

Overall, the Premium Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance website design was successful in meeting the client's needs and preferences. The website effectively showcased the business's work, made it easy for customers to request estimates, and provided a way for potential employees to send in their information. The website's clean and modern design helped reflect the quality of the business's work and commitment to customer service.
